Contact Form
Use the contact form for questions, feedback, account help, privacy requests, accessibility reports, or gameplay bug reports.
Required fields are name, email address, and message.
Response Time
Thank you for reaching out. Messages are sent to support@tsumo.io. We normally respond within 24-48 hours.
What to Include
For account help, include the email address or username connected to the account and a concise description of the issue. Do not include passwords, one-time codes, payment details, or other sensitive secrets.
For gameplay bugs, include the ruleset, device, browser, route, and the action you took before the issue appeared. If the problem involves a rejected win or scoring result, include the hand context and the rule you expected to apply.
For club listing corrections, include the public source link, organizer context, city, ruleset, and the specific field that needs to change.
Privacy, Legal, and Accessibility Requests
Privacy, data-rights, cookie, copyright, and accessibility requests can all be sent through the same support channel. We route those messages according to the request type and may ask for verification before account-specific disclosures or changes.
Accessibility reports are most useful when they include the affected page, device, browser, assistive technology, expected behavior, and what blocked completion.

Publisher and Editorial Contact
Use Contact Us for questions about tsumo as a publisher, editorial corrections, rules explanations, Mahjong club data, advertising placement, or source attribution.
If your message concerns a public article or guide, include the exact URL and the sentence, section, or claim you want reviewed.
Editorial notes are reviewed against the published rules guides, the live game behavior, and the source material already cited on the page. When a correction is accepted, we update the public page copy or supporting metadata so future readers see the clearer version.
