These terms govern your use of tsumo, including gameplay, account rules, content standards, and dispute terms.
1. Operator and Scope
These Terms apply to your access to and use of tsumo.io and related services (the "Service"). The Service is operated under the tsumo name. For support, account, privacy, copyright, or legal-notice questions, contact support@tsumo.io.
By creating an account, completing a signup flow, using the Service, or continuing to use the Service after updates, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility, Age, and Acceptance Records
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.
When you complete signup or a legal-completion prompt, we may record acceptance metadata such as the terms version, privacy version, acceptance time, and completion method so we can operate the account and enforce these Terms.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must promptly notify us at support@tsumo.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Gameplay, Rankings, and No Wagering
The Service is free-to-play and does not provide cash gambling, monetary wagering, cash prizes, or redeemable virtual value. Scores, rankings, ratings, match history, puzzle streaks, badges, cosmetics, and other in-service status indicators have no monetary value and may be changed, reset, or removed as part of normal operation or enforcement.
You may not use the Service to organize unlawful betting, gambling, wagering, or prize contests.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, harass users, evade enforcement actions, or interfere with system integrity. Prohibited behavior includes cheating, exploiting vulnerabilities, account abuse, credential attacks, and abusive automation. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. User Content and Moderation
You retain rights in content you submit or connect to the Service, such as usernames, profile details, avatar URLs, chat or support messages, and gameplay labels. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, display, moderate, and remove that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and enforce the Service.
Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or designed to compromise the Service. We may remove content or restrict accounts when content creates risk for users, the Service, or third parties.
7. Copyright Notices
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@tsumo.io with enough information to identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and any legally required signature or certification. If your content was removed and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may send a counter-notice with the information required by applicable law.
We may remove allegedly infringing content and may suspend or terminate repeat infringer accounts where appropriate.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party infrastructure providers such as authentication, hosting, storage, anti-abuse, email, analytics, and OAuth providers. Their separate terms and privacy notices may apply when you use provider-supported features such as Google sign-in or bot-protection checks.
9. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent feature support, or error-free operation.
10. Suspension, Termination, and Appeals
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created security risk, used the Service unlawfully, or interfered with other users. If you believe an enforcement action was mistaken, contact support@tsumo.io with the account email, relevant account name, and a concise explanation.
You may request account deletion through the privacy request process described in our Data Privacy and Rights page. Some records may survive deletion when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or enforcement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the Service.
13. Governing Law and Venue
Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Service, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Consumers may have non-waivable rights under local law. Venue and dispute handling may vary where mandatory law applies.
14. Updates and Contact
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. Material updates may be presented through an in-app notice, signup or legal-completion prompt, email, or updated public terms. Questions can be sent to support@tsumo.io.
